Automatic High speed Laminator YC146 adopts international leading motion controller, so this system can adjust the machine automatically after the paper sizes are input.
Compared to the traditional model, our high-speed laminating machine can reach up the max speed 160m/minute to effect much higher work efficiency.
This high-speed laminating machine is equipped with the unique positioning-and-correcting device for the surface-sheet and self-developing side-lay device with the patent to make the machine run smoothly in high-speed.
Meanwhile, the turner for the delivery unit is optional to make the machine deliver sheets in non-stop.

1)With high-efficiency suction belt system, the feeding unit for the bottom-paper feeds rapidly and effectively.
2)When feeding corrugated board including single face up to triple wall, just adjust suction power for differences in size and board warping.
The laminating unit:
1)With automatic glue-supply system, high-precision glue application roller & metering roller can apply glue on paper evenly and precisely.
2)When laminating, the top paper registration will be controlled by two servo motors and the bottom paper controlled by servo motor driven belts in addition to motion controller to ensure precise lamination.
