Slitting machine, Shelf Type PLC Controlled Jumbo Roll Paper Slitter ZST-2500, Jumbo Roll paper slitting and rewinding machine is mainly used to slit stick paper, craft paper and other kinds of paper
Main mechanical configuration:
1. Main body unit:
1.1 Machine’s main body adopts 80mm thickness cast iron and steel structure.(cast iron after secondary operation and setting treatment). Holders adopt seamless steel tubes. Make totally machine stable.
1.2 Main driving roller adopts seamless steel pipe (after tempering, surface hardening, chrome plated,mirror surface, dynamic balance treatment). Servo motor driving.
1.3 Main driving press roller adopts rubber roll (nitrile-butadiene rubber)
1.4 Material guide rollers adopts steel rolls (aluminum alloy) and rubber roll (nitrile-butadiene rubber)
1.5 Driving mode of main body and rewind shafts adopt synchronizing wheel and belt.
2. Unwinding unit:
2.1 Unwind unit adopts shaft-less automatic hydraulic lifting up. Using special 3’’ and 6’’ chuck. Not damage the inside paper core. Left and right arms’ moving is through the guide rails and hydraulic cylinders.
2.2 Unwind hydraulic cylinder can lifting 3 tons paper weight. Easy operating and fast.
2.3 set bias adjustable device can fine tune left and right, forward and backward through hand wheel. Range is ±20mm.
2.4 Unwind tension’s actuator is 2 sets Italy brand RE pneumatic brake. through PLC and Japanese brand SMC proportional valve to achieve a constant tension.
2.5 EPC uses TAIWANESE brand PAUSOURCE corrective device, it can achieve guide function by material’s edge. Left and right moving is through servo motor and guide rail.
2.6 Material’s route adopts bridge type. Easy operating.
3. Rewinding unit:
3.1 Rewinds adopt surface rolling structure. 2 sides rewind shafts(A/B). Also can single shaft rewinding.
3.2 Rewinds back to front moving is through guide rail and pneumatic cylinders.
3.3. Rewind tension’s actuator is 2 sets servo motor. through PLC to achieve a constant tension.
3.4 Rewind press rollers are 2 steel roller(with mirror treatment)
3.5When slitting finish, hydraulic cylinders will automatic downloading paper to ground. Easy operating.
3.6 Slitting knives are controlled by pneumatic cylinder (10 sets circle knife). Can be fine tuned.
3.7 Equipped with a vacuum-type waste edge exclusion system, use the strong force adsorb the waste edge out away
